What to Report
We encourage customers, caregivers, practitioners, and partners to report suspected reactions and product-quality concerns promptly—even when it is not clear that the product caused the issue.
Reporting helps Trinity evaluate patterns, support customers, review manufacturing and lot records, and determine whether additional action is appropriate.
Unexpected symptoms, discomfort, allergy-like responses, or other health changes after use.
A possible interaction or new issue involving prescription medication, over-the-counter products, or other supplements.
Leakage, damaged packaging, unusual odor, altered appearance, missing lot information, or suspected tampering.
Accidental ingestion, use by a child, use beyond the labeled amount, or another unintended exposure.
Immediate Steps
Report a Safety or Quality Concern
Trinity may contact you for clarification or supporting photographs. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or complete medical records through ordinary email.
Information submitted for safety follow-up may be retained and reviewed for quality, customer care, and applicable reporting obligations. Access should be limited to authorized personnel.
What Happens Next
Customer Care or the safety team confirms receipt when contact information is available.
We may request photographs, lot details, purchase information, or a more precise timeline.
Relevant product, manufacturing, fulfillment, and complaint records may be evaluated.
Trinity communicates appropriate support, replacement, escalation, or follow-up steps.
