What to Report

Tell us when something does not feel right.

We encourage customers, caregivers, practitioners, and partners to report suspected reactions and product-quality concerns promptly—even when it is not clear that the product caused the issue.

Reporting helps Trinity evaluate patterns, support customers, review manufacturing and lot records, and determine whether additional action is appropriate.

Suspected Reaction

Unexpected symptoms, discomfort, allergy-like responses, or other health changes after use.

A possible interaction or new issue involving prescription medication, over-the-counter products, or other supplements.

Product Quality

Leakage, damaged packaging, unusual odor, altered appearance, missing lot information, or suspected tampering.

Incorrect Use or Exposure

Accidental ingestion, use by a child, use beyond the labeled amount, or another unintended exposure.

Immediate Steps

Protect health first. Preserve details second.

  1. Stop use when appropriate.Do not take another serving until a qualified healthcare professional advises you that continued use is appropriate.
  2. Seek medical help.Contact a healthcare professional for symptoms that are concerning, persistent, worsening, or unexpected.
  3. Keep the product.Save the bottle, tube, label, lot number, expiration date, shipping package, and remaining contents unless a professional instructs otherwise.
  4. Document the timeline.Note when the product was used, the serving amount, when symptoms began, other products or medications taken, and any treatment received.

Trinity may contact you for clarification or supporting photographs. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or complete medical records through ordinary email.
