Always Begin With the Label

Each Matrix has its own directions.

Use this page as general educational guidance. The product label is the primary source for serving size, timing, sublingual hold time, food instructions, warnings, and storage. When label directions differ from general guidance, follow the label.

The Basics

Five steps for a consistent liquid routine.

1

Read

Review the full label, serving size, warnings, and timing instructions before first use.

2

Shake

Shake liquid formulas as directed so naturally settling ingredients are evenly dispersed.

3

Measure

Use the supplied dropper and the serving stated on the label rather than estimating.

4

Hold

For sublingual formulas, hold beneath the tongue for the specified period before swallowing.

5

Repeat

Build the product into a consistent daily routine unless your healthcare professional advises otherwise.

Understanding the Dropper

Measure the serving—not the appearance of the bulb.

Dropper fullness can vary based on bottle angle, squeezing technique, liquid viscosity, and how deeply the pipette is inserted. Use printed markings when present and follow the serving described on the product label.

  • Keep the dropper clean and return it promptly to the bottle.
  • Do not share droppers between products.
  • Avoid touching the pipette directly to the mouth when practical.
  • Close the cap securely after every serving.

Combining Products

More is not automatically better.

Before combining formulas, compare ingredient panels and serving sizes. Pay particular attention to overlapping vitamins, botanicals, melatonin, stimulant-like ingredients, ingredients affecting blood sugar or clotting, and ingredients that may interact with medications.

Compare Solutions

Pause and ask a professional when:

  • You use prescription medications.
  • You are pregnant or nursing.
  • You have a diagnosed medical condition.
  • You are preparing for surgery.
  • You are subject to athletic drug testing.
  • You experience an unexpected reaction.

Storage & Care

Protect the formula after opening.

Close Securely

Tighten the cap after each use to limit unnecessary air exposure and prevent leaks.

Keep Dry

Store away from moisture, sinks, showers, and areas with frequent condensation.

Avoid Heat & Sun

Do not leave the bottle in direct sunlight, a hot vehicle, or near a heat source.

Follow the Label

Use any product-specific refrigeration, storage, expiration, or discard instructions.

Protect Children

Keep every dietary supplement out of the reach of children and pets.

Inspect Before Use

Do not use a product with a broken seal, damaged container, or unexpected change in appearance or odor.

Quick Answers

Common use questions.

Can I take multiple Trinity products at the same time?

Potentially, but first compare ingredient panels, label directions, and personal medical considerations. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when using medications or combining multiple complex formulas.

What if I miss a serving?

Do not automatically double the next serving. Resume according to the label unless your healthcare professional has advised otherwise.

Can I put a sublingual formula into a beverage?

Doing so changes the intended delivery ritual. Follow the label and contact Trinity Customer Care if you need product-specific guidance.

How long should I use a product?

Duration depends on the formula, your goals, tolerance, health status, and professional guidance. Reassess your routine periodically rather than assuming indefinite use is appropriate.

Where can I find exact product directions?

Directions appear on the product label and on the relevant product page. The label should remain your primary reference.
