Daily Product Care
Six simple habits protect every bottle.
Keep upright
Store the bottle upright whenever practical, especially during travel or after opening.
Protect from heat
Do not leave the product in a hot vehicle, direct sunlight, or near a stove, heater, or window.
Keep it dry
Protect the tube, label, cap, and bottle from standing water, steam, and excessive bathroom humidity.
Protect the dropper
Avoid touching the dropper tip to the mouth, fingers, countertop, or other surfaces.
Inspect routinely
Check the seal, bottle, dropper, lot number, expiration date, appearance, and odor before use.

Daytime formulas
Keep the white tube clean and dry. The tube helps organize and protect the bottle, but it is not a substitute for following the bottle’s storage directions.
Black Collection™
Nighttime and sleep formulas
Return the bottle to its black tube after use when convenient. Keep nighttime products secured and away from children, pets, and anyone for whom they were not intended.

Use the original packaging
Travel with the original labeled bottle and tube so the product name, directions, lot number, and expiration information remain available.
Seal before packing
Tighten the dropper cap, place the bottle upright in a sealed travel pouch, and separate it from clothing and electronics.
Carry-on access
For air travel, review current transportation-security rules and destination requirements. Keep the product accessible if checked luggage may be delayed or exposed to temperature extremes.
Avoid repackaging
Do not transfer the liquid into an unlabeled bottle or mix formulas together. Original packaging helps prevent confusion and supports authenticity review.
Plan for routine changes
Time-zone changes can affect routines. Follow the label and seek professional guidance rather than doubling or compressing servings.
Check after arrival
Inspect for leakage, cracked glass, a loosened cap, or altered appearance before use.
Heat, Cold & Light
When exposure is uncertain, pause and ask.
High heatDo not use a product that was left for an extended period in a hot vehicle or another extreme environment without first contacting Customer Care.
FreezingIf the liquid froze or the glass, cap, or dropper may have been damaged, do not use it until the product has been reviewed.
Direct sunlightRepeated or prolonged sunlight exposure can affect packaging and may affect product quality. Store away from direct light.
RefrigerationDo not refrigerate unless the current product label specifically instructs you to do so.
Cleaning & Contamination
Care for the outside. Protect the inside.
Exterior cleaning
Wipe the outside of the closed bottle or tube with a soft, lightly damp cloth, then dry it. Do not immerse the bottle, cap, or tube.
Dropper care
Do not rinse or wash the dropper unless the approved product instructions specifically direct you to do so. Water or cleaning products entering the bottle may alter the formula.
Possible contamination
Stop using the product if the dropper touched an unclean surface, another substance entered the bottle, or the cap no longer seals correctly.
Shared use
Do not share droppers or allow multiple people to place the same dropper in or near their mouths.
Do Not Use When
Pause when the product no longer looks trustworthy.
Packaging is damaged
Cracked glass, a damaged dropper, a broken seal, leakage, or a cap that will not close securely.
Identity is uncertain
The label is missing, altered, unreadable, or inconsistent with the product and packaging you expected.
The product is expired
Do not use past the printed expiration date unless Trinity has provided specific written guidance.
Appearance changed unexpectedly
Unexpected separation, particles, odor, color, or texture should be reviewed before use.
Storage history is unknown
When you cannot determine whether the product was exposed to heat, freezing, contamination, or tampering.

Can I keep Trinity products in the bathroom?
A cool, dry location is generally preferable because bathrooms may experience heat and humidity. Follow the product label and keep the bottle protected from water and steam.
What if the bottle leaked during travel?
Do not use a bottle with uncertain closure integrity or possible contamination. Preserve the bottle, tube, lot number, expiration date, and photographs, then contact Customer Care.
Can I transfer the liquid to a smaller travel bottle?
It is better to keep the formula in its original labeled bottle with its supplied dropper. Repackaging increases the risk of confusion, contamination, and inaccurate measuring.
What if natural ingredients settle?
Some liquid formulas may require shaking. Follow the current label. Unexpected changes should be reviewed through Customer Care.
How should I dispose of an expired bottle?
Follow local requirements and any product-specific instructions. Keep the bottle away from children and pets, and do not pour it into another product or container.
